Fay Rotenberg is the CEO of Firefly Health, a healthcare company that offers a health plan for self-funded employers that integrates care, coverage, and navigation, and a virtual advanced primary care service for care anytime, anywhere. Firefly aims to bring the clinical, financial, and experiential benefits of value-based care to employers, employees and their families.
Previously, Fay worked with Premji Invest to initiate their U.S. healthcare growth equity investments. Fay co-founded and served as CEO of Mymo, a healthcare technology company that bridges the gap between excess physician capacity and patient demand. Before co-founding Mymo, Fay was a Partner at LG’s venture fund, where she invested in health and enterprise software companies. She also led the first spin-off of AetherWorks, a software-defined storage solution for healthcare organizations. She began her career as an Analyst and Associate for Venture funds in MA, CA, and DC. Fay attended Georgetown University and Phillips Academy Andover.
She’s actively involved as an Advisor or Board Member of Cornell Tech, Phillips Academy Andover, Masschallenge, Girls Who Code, and the Young Presidents Organization (YPO).
