September 5, 2025  |

BOSTON, MA – Meditation-atWork, a business dedicated to bringing mindfulness, focus, and stress relief to professionals in demanding careers, is proud to celebrate its one-year anniversary this month.

Founded in June 2024, Meditation-atWork was created with a simple yet powerful mission: to make the benefits of meditation accessible and relevant to working professionals.

“In just one year, we’ve seen how impactful it can be when professionals take even just a few minutes each day to pause, breathe, and reconnect,” said Kristi, founder of Meditation-atWork. “I’m thrilled to celebrate this milestone and even more excited about what’s ahead.”

Over the past year, Meditation-atWork has:

  • Delivered customized meditation sessions for clients across diverse industries, including higher education, investment management, pharmaceuticals and biotech, computer software and services, aerospace and defense, and mobility services.
  • Partnered with leading professional organizations to speak on the science and impact of meditation
  • Served as a featured speaker at the Massachusetts Conference for Women, and led hundreds of attendees in a powerful self-love meditation
  • Expanded reach and visibility by offering practical mindfulness tools that meet professionals where they are—whether in the office or working remotely
  • Continued to champion accessible, relevant mindfulness practices designed to reduce stress, enhance focus, and promote emotional well-being in the workplace
