WORCESTER, MA – Founded in May 2023 by Attorney Jolee E. Vacchi, Foundations Family Law & Mediation Center (“FFL”) is launching a new initiative called Purple Cloud Power Partners. Promising a “one-stop shop for holistic divorce,” the project is a collaboration between FFL and other professional divorce experts to helps create more successful outcomes for divorcing parties.

Vacchi says, “I am thrilled to add this additional layer of holistic and compassionate support to our existing legal and mediation services. Divorce affects every area of a person’s life, and having guidance from professionals in their respective zones of genius in addition to competent legal representation results in better, faster, and more cost-effective outcomes for parties.”

The team that she has assembled not only has emotional support in the way of a divorce coach, co parenting coach, and professional listener, but also the more practical guidance with a financial advisor, divorce mortgage broker, and a commercial and residential appraiser who have specialized in divorce for years. FFL clients will be able to choose if and who they work with depending on the nature of their specific case, and all would work in tandem to make the divorce as efficient and streamlined as possible, echoing the firm’s tagline of: “Resolving family law conflicts as painlessly & peacefully as possible.”

FFL not only focuses on divorce and custody cases, but on all aspects of family law, including guardianships of a minor, post-judgment cases including modifications and contempt actions, and prenuptial/postnuptial agreement drafting. Vacchi is also a certified mediator and acts as a neutral third-party to assist parties in amicably resolving their family law disputes without court intervention. The firm is particularly experienced in representing survivors of domestic violence and coercive control, as Vacchi is not only certified by the Coercive Control Consulting Institute, but her legal team boasts experience from previous roles as Assistant District Attorney and Community Legal Aid.

In addition to resolving family law disputes, the firm also prioritizes creating flexible, remote employment opportunities for working parents who are balancing professional and home responsibilities. FFL also values making family law information accessible to those in need which they accomplish through Vacchi co-hosting a weekly podcast called Divorce Detox, which is available on all major podcast platforms.
