Introduce yourself! Who are you and what do you do?

I’ve been living in the United States for nine years now, originally from Ukraine. My background was in advertising, marketing, and sales, but when I moved here, I got into IT, worked in corporate offices for several years, and, well… let’s just say I had a few a-ha moments about my career goals.

So, I left the office life behind and dove into real estate. Today, I have two projects. The first is co-living spaces designed for single professionals who work hard and need comfortable, affordable housing. And let’s be honest, not everyone wants to live alone, and not everyone wants to pay a fortune for it! The second project is helping people who don’t qualify for a traditional mortgage to buy a home. This one’s particularly exciting and new for me; I’m learning every day, because in real estate, you’re always a student – the laws change, the market shifts, trends evolve, and if you want to be successful, you need to stay flexible.

Being part of real estate has allowed me to help not just my community, but my business partners and the private lenders who invest in projects like mine. Real estate is not just a business; it’s a network of relationships. So I’m always open to meeting new people, especially those who are interested in passive investing in real estate.

If you’re curious, feel free to reach out. I’d be happy to chat about private lending – it’s a great option if you want to invest passively, without the headaches of property management. I can explain how it works and help you get started on your journey to becoming a private lender. Thanks for reading, and I look forward to connecting!

What made you want to start your business?

I realized that what I truly wanted was freedom – the kind where I control my life, my time, and eventually, live off passive income. I tried different ventures along the way: cryptocurrencies, silver trading, and various side projects, all in search of that elusive freedom. But one day, it hit me – real estate is the only path that could provide the level of independence I was looking for.

What do you love the most about owning a business in Massachusetts?

The level of my personal freedom motivates me a lot.

What are your favorite small businesses to support in Massachusetts?

I love small coffee shops; beauty salons and authentic grocery stores.

What has been the biggest lesson you’ve learned throughout your career?

Do not live under the guidance of fear—change yourself and everything around you if what you are doing does not bring you happiness or help you grow personally and professionally.

If you weren’t in your current position, what would your next dream job be?

My current business is my only dream job!

When you’re not working, what activities do you enjoy?

Gym, biking, traveling, networking, camping, mushroom picking.
