Jackie Ireland Boucher is the Business Engagement Coordinator at the Better Business Bureau of Eastern MA, ME, VT, and RI, where she connects entrepreneurs and small businesses with trusted resources, educational opportunities, and community-driven support. She develops and leads programs that empower business owners to build credibility, grow their networks, and elevate their brands. With a background in communications and a passion for championing local businesses, Jackie brings energy, clarity, and connection to every conversation. Outside of work, she’s a certified Pilates coach who enjoys spending time outdoors and playing soccer.

Erica Richard is a media professional dedicated to helping businesses in the South Coast grow through strategic marketing, storytelling, and content creation. As the co-owner of Grand Summit Media LLC, she partners with New Bedford Guide, the region’s largest media platform, which reaches over 550,000 followers and engages millions of people monthly. Through high-quality social media content and video production, Erica showcases local businesses, events, and nonprofits, ensuring they connect with their target audience and maximize their impact.
