Meet the Moderator and Panelists:

Ashley DiBiase is the founder of Massachusetts Business Network (MBN). Launched in 2022, MBN is the only statewide publication that provides free to low cost resources that support organizations with increasing their visibility and establishing thought leadership through its podcast, blog, events, and directory. Additionally, she’s the founder of Dash of Social, a content marketing agency specializing in social media management, blog content, and email marketing. Working closely with their clients, Ashley and her team help small businesses and tech startups craft and execute value-driven marketing strategies designed to establish thought leadership, grow online communities, and drive brand awareness. Ashley currently serves as a Board Member for the Brockton Visiting Nurse Association (BVNA) and Middleboro Public Library. When she isn’t working, you can find her running on her Peloton or curled up on the couch with a book.

Adriana Lacy is an award-winning journalist and entrepreneur based in Boston, Massachusetts. As the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Adriana Lacy Consulting, she leads a dynamic digital consulting firm, empowering publishers and businesses to grow their digital audiences. With prior newsroom experience that spans renowned media outlets such as, The New York Times, Los Angeles Times, and Axios, she brings a wealth of expertise to her endeavors. In addition to her role as a leading consultant, Adriana serves as an adjunct lecturer in journalism, sharing her extensive knowledge with aspiring journalists. Her exceptional contributions to the field were acknowledged when she received the Forbes 30 Under 30 accolade in 2023.

Dominic Amenta, founder of DPA Communications, is a marketing communications veteran with more than 21 years of experience handling a range of clients in the consumer, hospitality, lifestyle, sports, technology, business, special event, and philanthropic sectors. He’s been featured as a PR and marketing industry expert, or quoted on behalf of clients in the Boston Globe, Boston Business Journal, Boston Herald, PR Week, Bay State Banner, Patriot Ledger, and WFXT-TV Channel 25. Dom is also on the board of directors at Harvard Square Business Association and Women of Color Entrepreneurs, a mentor at the Social Innovation Forum, and a member of the Blue Hill Business Group.

Jolee Vacchi, known as “The Compassionate Divorce Attorney,” is the Founding Attorney of Foundations Family Law & Mediation Center (FFL). Guided by the philosophy of resolving family law disputes as painlessly and peacefully as possible, FFL has experienced rapid growth in its two short years in business. Jolee emphatically believes that the best outcomes for families in legal conflict most often result from negotiated settlements. She is a Collaboratively-trained attorney and Certified Divorce and Family Law Mediator and leverages her expertise and experience in alternative dispute resolution to obtain optimal results for her clients. Jolee also prioritizes providing free divorce education and resources to empower clients to make informed decisions. She co-hosts the Divorce Detox podcast and also volunteers her time as a panelist at monthly divorce education webinars with the Vesta divorce organization.
