BOSTON, MA — Tyson Build Plates introduced its new 3D printer build plates. These premium plates offer exceptional adhesion, eliminating the need for glue, withstand higher bed temperatures of up to 230°C, unlock the ability to print with advanced filaments previously considered unworkable and maintain compatibility with every filament type, from low-temperature to high-performance aerospace-grade thermoplastics. While professionals and enthusiasts alike consistently buy new plates for their printers, Tyson Build Plates are built for durability and functionality, setting a new standard in build plates.
With a specially formulated coating, Tyson Build Plates, developed and manufactured in Boston, have a significantly longer lifespan than existing build plate options, and are available with several customizable options. These include the ability to imprint custom graphics like logos or other imprints for specific 3D printing functions; imprints are laser-etched onto the build plate for a permanence not available with off-the-shelf plates. Plates are available in a variety of sizes.
Tyson Build Plates are currently manufactured for Bambu Lab printers, the most popular 3D printers in the world. Additionally, limited production runs are available for standard 120mm, 180mm, 250mm and 300mm plates to support other printer brands and models.
“3D printer users have just accepted that build plates wear down and compromise projects,” said Murat Terzi, founder of Tyson Build Plates. “Tyson Build Plates adds meaningful quality to build plates for the first time. With our unique manufacturing process, these plates are unlike anything available on the market for the 3D printing industry.”
Tyson Build Plates serves the needs of 3D printer consumers around the world. Tyson Build Plates will be available in retail, on Amazon, eBay, and at www.tyson.build.
