Wicked Good Summer Challenge 2026
Summer is slow. That's the point.
Every July, the phones get quieter, the inbox slows down, and most business owners coast into September. Here's where you can use your summer to set yourself up for a successful fall.
The Wicked Good Summer Challenge gives you four focused weeks of business development: one challenge per week, designed to fit around beach days, long weekends, and yes, the traffic down the Cape.
Simply sign up through the form below. You'll receive these challenges directly in your inbox every Monday, starting on July 6th. Plus, you'll get access to our free Facebook group for accountability, too!
Wicked Good Summer Challenge 2026
Week 1: "Down the Cape"
Slow down to speed up.
Before you sprint into the second half of the year, you need to know where you actually stand. This week you'll reflect on the past six months, set your Q4 goals, and map the three anchors that need to happen between now and December 31st.
Think of it as finally pulling over and looking at the map to make sure you're on the right path.
Week 2: "The Dunkin' Run"
In Massachusetts, a Dunkin' run is never solo; you always ask everyone what they want.
This week is about showing up for your network before you need anything from it. You'll re-engage past clients, warm up cold leads, make a referral for someone else first, and have at least one real conversation with a potential referral partner.
Summer is the best time to do this; people are relaxed, guards are down, and your competitors are quiet.
Week 3: "The Rotary"
Anyone who's driven a Massachusetts rotary knows the rule: you don't slow down and think about it. You pick your gap and you go.
This is the week for the move you've been almost ready to make for months: raising your prices, launching the offer sitting in your drafts, pitching a dream client or customer, or finally showing up on the channel you've been avoiding.
No more waiting.
Week 4: "The Lobster Trap"
A lobster trap works while you're not watching. You bait it, drop it, and come back to collect.
This week you'll build the systems, sequences, and content that generate pipeline while you're still in summer mode: a scheduled September re-engagement email, an automated follow-up for cold leads, a referral ask template, and a content plan so September doesn't catch you flat-footed.
Set it now. Pull it up in the fall.
How It Works
📧 Every Monday in July, you'll receive a challenge email with 3-5 options for the week. Do the ones that fit your business right now.
🤝 You'll also get access to a private community of Massachusetts business owners doing the challenge alongside you. Share wins, ask questions, and hold each other accountable.
🎉 Complete the challenge and receive a fun certificate!
