Introduce yourself! Who are you and what do you do?

I am the CEO of Culture Redesigned and author of Culture-Minded. I help organizations strengthen their leadership, improve engagement, and create cultures where people thrive. My work combines behavioral science, strategy, and practical execution to help leaders move from reactive management to intentional culture-building. At my core, I believe better cultures build better businesses, and ultimately, a better humanity.

What made you want to start your business?

I saw an opportunity to bridge strategy, behavior, and measurable outcomes. I launched Culture Redesigned to help leaders move from intention to execution, turning culture into a competitive advantage instead of a vague concept.

What do you love the most about owning a business in Massachusetts?

What I love most about owning a business in Massachusetts is the blend of innovation and community. This state is rich with intellectual capital, entrepreneurial energy, and mission-driven leaders who genuinely want to make an impact. There’s a strong ecosystem of collaboration here from universities to startups to established organizations and that creates an environment where meaningful ideas can actually turn into action.

What are your favorite small businesses to support in Massachusetts?

As a business owner myself, I have a deep appreciation for small, independently owned businesses and particularly coffee shops including LalaJava, Root and Press, and Tasty Bistro.

What has been the biggest lesson you’ve learned throughout your career?

Motivation is emotional and temporary but discipline is structural and sustainable. Success is in your ability to do the work even on the days you are not motivated to do so.

If you weren’t in your current position, what would your next dream job be?

I would love to be an art curator. Art and culture are deeply connected, both influence how we see the world and how we relate to one another.

When you’re not working, what activities do you enjoy?

I enjoy reading, practicing yoga, watching my oldest son (18yo) play ice hockey and my younger sons (5 and 4yo) learn to ice skate and discover their own interests.
