Introduce yourself! Who are you and what do you do?

My name is Junior Anziani, I am the Founder and CEO of Anziani Technology Services. I offer peace of mind to business owners, by providing secure technology solutions.

What made you want to start your business?

I wanted to get back to serving people and providing opportunities in my community. That’s why I started Anziani Technology Services. A place where I can use my experience and love for technology to serve people and businesses in my community. Provide these businesses with top tier support found at bigger corporations, allowing them to take advantage of modern technology so they can take the next step in their journey. I want to help educate the next generation of technology enthusiast and become a mentor to them. Lastly provide opportunity and a path for people like me that may not be given the chance otherwise.

What do you love the most about owning a business in Massachusetts?

Massachusetts is a full of innovates company that are always trying to push boundaries and the norms. The sciences, and technology that buzz through the state reminds us that not matter how old, you can always continue to improve and prosper.

What are your favorite small businesses to support in Massachusetts?

My favorite business are small to medium business that aspire to grow. Through technology growth can be exponential with the right partners.

What has been the biggest lesson you’ve learned throughout your career?

The biggest lesson is always lead with empathy. We are all fighting different battles and at the end everyone wants to be heard and feel valued.

If you weren’t in your current position, what would your next dream job be?

While in my dream role currently, in the future I would love to serve boards of business that are leveraging technology to enhance human life.

When you’re not working, what activities do you enjoy?

While not working, I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling, and watching sports.
