Foundations Family Law Launches New After Divorce Care Initiatives

October 9, 2026  |

WORCESTER, MA – Founded in May 2023 by Attorney Jolee E. Vacchi, Foundations Family Law & Mediation Center (“FFL”) is launching a new era of after divorce care initiatives in an attempt to better deliver on their promise of a “one-stop shop for holistic divorce.”

Vacchi says, “We identified a gap in care for our clients after their divorce cases resolved. I’m thrilled to launch these new initiatives to better support our clients as they continue on their post-divorce journeys.”

The launch includes a trifecta of new offerings, including: 1. a Continuing Client Care post-divorce retainer program; 2. a virtual community co-parenting support group exclusively for clients; and 3. a new group of post-divorce Power Partners designed to support clients help beyond the legal process.

Continuing Client Care is a legal consulting program for both current and former clients as well as individuals who finalized their divorce elsewhere. It provides clients with ongoing legal guidance on how to interpret their Divorce Judgment, practical support for co-parenting issues, and peace of mind long after their divorce is finalized.

Co-Parenting Confidence Circles are new twice-monthly virtual sessions to provide a supportive space for clients to slow down, regain perspective, and develop practical tools to navigate co-parenting challenges in community. The sessions are hosted by Maria Natapov, BeH2O® Certified Coach and Rapid Resolution Therapy Facilitator.

Lastly, Golden Glow Power Partners is a carefully curated network of vetted After Divorce professionals who help clients with their Glow-Up Era after their legal case is finished. Whether they are looking to change careers, update their estate plan, prioritize their health and wellness, or simply looking for the right support at the right time, Vacchi has personally hand picked experts that she trusts.

“Either myself or my clients have worked directly with all of these phenomenal women, ” Vacchi remarked. “These are professionals that have similar values to my own and that I can vouch for.”

FFL not only focuses on divorce and custody cases, but on all aspects of family law, including guardianships of a minor, post-judgment cases including modifications and contempt actions, and prenuptial/postnuptial agreement drafting. The firm also has several certified mediators, and can act as a neutral third-party to assist parties in amicably resolving their family law disputes without court intervention. Particularly experienced in representing survivors of domestic violence and coercive control, Vacchi is not only certified by the Coercive Control Consulting Institute, but her legal team boasts a combined 50 years of experience with many cases being those of survivors.

In addition to resolving family law disputes, the firm also prioritizes creating flexible, remote employment opportunities for working parents who are balancing professional and home responsibilities. FFL also values making family law information accessible to those in need which they accomplish through Vacchi co-hosting the Divorce Detox podcast, which is available on all major podcast platforms, and presenting at monthly webinars with the VestaDivorce organization.
