SPRINGFIELD, MA – GRATI Consulting proudly celebrates its third anniversary, marking three years of helping entrepreneurs build brands and businesses rooted in clarity, alignment, and authenticity. Founded in March 2023 by entrepreneur, consultant, and coach Kelly Martins, GRATI Consulting was created to support business owners who want their work to reflect who they truly are.

What began as a vision to offer more intentional marketing and brand support has grown into a trusted consulting practice known for its thoughtful approach to brand clarity, website design, and strategic growth. At the heart of the business is the belief that sustainable success begins with alignment before strategy.

Over the past three years, GRATI Consulting has evolved its offerings to meet the changing needs of entrepreneurs, including the introduction of VIP Day Intensives and the Brand Alignment Blueprint. In addition to consulting, Martins also leads The GRATI Collective, a sister brand focused on mindset tools, workshops, online education, and keynote speaking.
