Having been with Delaware North/Patina Restaurant Group since 2021, Nick Moniz oversees the entire Boston Hub Complex, which is a multi concept venue adjacent to TD Garden and North Station anchored by Banners Kitchen & Tap. Prior to that, Nick spent time opening concepts and learning the Hospitality Business with RA Ventures & Legal Seafoods. Nick is a bourbon aficionado and a terrible golfer, but he enjoys it nevertheless during downtime, along with traveling and seeking new experiences. Ultimately, Nick is passionate about radical hospitality and culinary excellence and is always looking to set a new bar in both.
