Lauren Lemieux is the creator of Coaching To Fulfill Dreams, a whole life coaching practice supporting individuals, personally and professionally, who want to stop settling for overwhelm, confusion and chaos by discovering the clarity, confidence and courage to create a life they love. By recognizing and letting go of limiting beliefs, detrimental mindsets and harmful self-talk, her clients learn how to make decisions and choices from a place of alignment with their mind, heart and soul vs. allowing obligation or resentment to lead the way. Lauren began her career in a family business and after 18 years, she left to step into the life she was meant to live. As a professional certified and credentialed coach, she has provided hundreds of clients with the space, time and opportunity to consider who they want to become, what they want to accomplish and how they will get there. Lauren has been a whole life coach since 2014 and lives with her family in Acushnet, MA.
