EP 152 with Jacob Corley from September 25, 2025

Optimal Wellness Center’s owner, Jacob Corley, has been a Massage & Neuromuscular Therapist since 2011. His own experiences as an avid ultra marathon runner and lifelong athlete ignited a passion for helping others overcome physical limitations and do more with their body. Initially focused on supporting fellow athletes in his community, Jake quickly became known for his ability to alleviate chronic pain, resolve muscular dysfunction, and accelerate recovery.

Jake’s pursuit of deeper knowledge led him to train with leading experts, allowing him to develop a powerful and holistic approach to mobility, wellness, and movement. This expertise has made him a sought-after therapist for a wide range of individuals, from professional athletes and famous touring musicians requiring peak physical performance, to those grappling with persistent chronic pain and debilitating sports injuries.

Holding advanced certifications in modalities such as Neuromuscular Therapy, Thai Massage, Functional Range Conditioning, and Kinstretch®, Jake employs a comprehensive toolkit to address the underlying causes of pain and restricted movement. His dedication to empowering others extends beyond individual sessions, as he regularly leads mobility seminars for other bodywork professionals. Jake’s commitment to optimal function and well-being is evident both in his practice and in his personal life, where he continues to challenge his own physical limits through trail running and ultramarathon training.
