Drew McConaha has over 15 years of experience in health and fitness and has owned and operated Train for Life, a premier group personal training facility since 2010. Drew was born and raised in Chicopee, MA and graduated from the University of Massachusetts in 2008 with a Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology and a minor in Biology and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association.

In addition to his CSCS, Drew has been certified through Functional Movement Screen, StrongFirst Kettlebell Level 1, USA Weightlifting, and is a Master Instructor for the DVRT Ultimate Sandbag Company. He has presented at national conferences including NEHRSA and the Mexico Performance Week. In 2020, he was honored by Business West with the 40 Under 40 Award. He is passionate about people living their best life possible with fitness as the vehicle to inspire them to do so.
