She is also the founder of Strive to Thrive Coaching, where she is on a mission to bridge the gap between high performance and wellbeing in the workplace. Through one-on-one coaching, leadership development programs, and interactive workshops, Sara empowers professionals & organizations to achieve goals without sacrificing wellbeing, building resilient, high-impact leaders & thriving work cultures
