Danyl Collings entered the residential appraisal business in 2009 as Branch Manager for Forsythe Appraisals, LLC Boston Branch. The company was the largest private appraisal firm in the county with over 40 branches and 250 staff appraisers nationwide. He obtained his trainee appraiser license in 2010 and then upgraded to Certified and FHA approved in 2016. Danyl has completed over 8,000 appraisal assignments ranging from single family homes to complex assignments utilizing all three approaches to value (sales comparison, income, and cost approach).

Danyl started DC Valuations in 2018 and currently manages a team of certified and trainee appraisers providing credible and reliable appraisal services throughout Massachusetts and New Hampshire. The firm works with a variety of clients including banks, credit unions, law firms, real estate agents and individuals needing valuation services.

During his spare time, he enjoys redeveloping distressed properties, working on his golf game and spending quality time with his family. He currently resides in the South Shore with his wife and two children.
