Kara Sotolotto works for LiftTruck Parts & Service, Inc., which is a forklift company located in West Springfield that her father started when she was an infant. Wearing many hats in the company, Kara has been able to build close relationships with her coworkers and experience a new opportunity every day.

In addition to her career at LiftTruck, Kara is a board member for the Young Professional Society of Greater Springfield, where she mostly helps with planning events. Kara has a 2 year old daughter, Stella, who takes up most of her “free” time, and she enjoys trying new local restaurants with her husband Eric, reading, and running 5K races for local charities.
