Coming from a long line of fabulous cooks in her family, Sherri Via has owned The 350 Grill for 18 years. Sherri worked in the service industry her whole life, starting out as a waitress then a bartender in a variety of small restaurants. Eventually, she started working in Springfield as a bartender, then worked her way up to become an Operations Manager and successfully set up several bars. Eighteen years ago, she poured her experience into restaurant ownership and finally made the leap to start her own business.

Active in fundraising for the community, Sherri has raised money for The American Cancer Society, Forest Park Association, and The Shrines, just to name a few. She feels passionately about giving back to surrounding communities.

Sherri has been featured on a variety of TV, radio, and news programs sharing her restaurant expertise with the masses.
