SWANSEA, MA – Courtney Villapando, founder of CVilla Design, a Swansea-based multicultural brand and web design studio helping women entrepreneurs transform their lived experiences into strategic, culturally intelligent brands, has been named to the inaugural V-List Entrepreneur Awards, a national program recognizing 200 women business owners who are building companies that put people first.

As Courtney continues to expand her design work across South Coast, MA and Rhode Island, she remains deeply committed to helping the local, diverse, women-led business community thrive through high-impact visual storytelling.

The class of the 200 V-List Honorees — known as the V-200 — recognizes founders across 40 states and Washington, D.C. who lead with human-first business practices: people over profit, community impact, and a culture that genuinely values team members and customers. Honorees were selected from nearly 1,000 applicants for mission-driven work, inclusive values, and notable traction.

“This recognition means so much because it celebrates the kind of business I’ve always wanted to build—one where women of all cultures feel genuinely seen and valued. My work is about highlighting the culture, lived experience, and stories of brilliant women, using that to build brands that are truly unforgettable,” said Courtney Villapando, founder of CVilla Design.

People’s Choice voting opens to the public July 6 and runs through July 20. Community members can vote for CVilla Design at visionaries.co/entrepreneur-awards between July 6 and July 20. Additional Spotlight Award winners will be announced at the Visionary conference September 29 in Los Angeles.
